What version are you running?

There is no built in way to export a list of devices. On workaround is to go to the Devices tab, click on All Manged Devices, highlight all devices, and copy and paste them into an Excel spreadsheet.
-
There is an existing feature to get this functionally added to NTM.

Have you applied any hotfixes?

A capture file should show you all communication between the CatTools system, and your device.
-
I would look for a device that uses a similar cli. The Device.Backup.Running Config should only log in and run some type of show command.
-
Dan, Use the CatTools File menu to select the "Enable capture mode" option. This will create a capture file in the Cattools3\debug folder. This will show you all communication between CatTools and your device. After your troubleshooting is done, don't forget to disable capture mode.

If you are looking to send Windows event logs to a syslog server you can use the Log forwarder tool. Different vendors use different commands to enable syslog on their devices. Please see this link: http://www.kiwisyslog.com/help/syslog/index.html?configure_devices.htm

You will want to run the UltiDev Web App Explorer. You can edit the web site (it should show as html). Go to the Network Address tab, and you can edit the port there.
