Bump

No, but SW says it's comming soon.

NetflowService.exe is still a CPU hog on my SLX. Even with 2 Xeon Dual core 3.00ghz, it is using 65% of the CPU. It sure would be nice to move the process to another poller.

We had many problems with Advanced Alerts that Solarwinds can testify to. It was not until ver 8.1 that they were able to reliably work for us. We wanted to get an alert when the serial interface exceeded certain amount of errors per hour, the trigger would work but it would never perform an action.
-
We use AutoHotKey to perform the same idea. AutoHotKey can do almost anything.

It's no problem here. Anything done to get Orion maps functional would be great. I quit using Orion maps since they can't display an interface/link status. It would also be nice to be able to modify the flash action script as well.

Add me too please

I would like to see in netflow and orion 2 hours and 2 weeks.

Back away from the beer and break out your tools cause its, Sniffer Time

I used /Orion/images/StatusIcons/{0} with the SQL querry of StatusLED

Denny, How do we get the WMI counters template to work without powershell? I have read that MS removed the exchange WMI namespace in Exchange 2007.

Our upgrade from 8.5.x to 9 went smooth, but we see the node lookup by search take 4 times as long now vs version 8.
-
Did you apply all the Netflow service packs, this was a problem for us before they issued them.
-
We also loose SNMP data and it mainly affects the additional poller. I have been rebooting the both pollers every morning, this has helped but still it can just quit polling at any random time. I have setup an alert on the packets per second as was suggested in another posting with the same issue. I have worked with our…

Since SolarWinds never provided an resolution to this same problem, I tried changing the “Keep uncompressed data for” from 1 hour to 6. Now it can get reports longer than 1 hour without timeouts. It still does timeout sometimes, but at least I can get some web reports. But, it has one caveat, the timeline for the data…

I have been needing this feature for years too. It's time for SolarWinds to step up and make this happen now! I am sick and tired of having to use third party tools to report to a file via email, and not a PDF.
-
We have the same error too! Help!
-
FYI, the old admin pack didn't allow you to add/remove/manage your nodes. So the only thing it was good for was maps and reports.
-
So you only thought Orion was polling are the rate it should. See my "Poller report past hour" in the Contenet Exchange I'm not happy to see one of my pollers missing so many polls.
-
I had the same experience with "release candidate".Some web sites would turn "unknown" while others did not.I also experienced this same issue with the Exchange templates. BTW: I have a case opened already.

Yes, This was a feature I had to wait for a while, but they did provide a working version. If you have 8 it should work. However, it only supports IP's you can not give it DNS names. Use the Network Discovery and import seed file. From the seed template, define the options and list your IP's. Once discoverd, you will still…
