While this is true, pat_m , one of the answers to the question is not worded exactly the same as in the hint, and one must apply some deduction. Just trying to save others from stepping on the same land mine, that's all. And, again, I'm not complaining about it - I got it wrong, no doubt. The reason for my comment above…

Oh, boy, you're not going to like this picking of a very fine nit, marcoswithanoh. In American English, if you want to engage something, like OCD - which, by the way, you have just done in me - you use the sentence structure [VERB, PARTICLE, noun] so you technically "Set off your OCD", not "Set your OCD off"…

So I had an interesting thing happen this morning that drove home my fear behind "autonomous vehicles". I was on my way to work and had stopped for a stoplight. There was an older model, small pickup next to me and as we took off when the light turned green, about 20 yards down the road, all of a sudden I see this truck…

Yeah, I see you nickzourdos...I see what you did there! Pretty clever, young man!

Wow, Rick! I am beyond amazed at your poetry composing prowess. You REALLY missed your calling! And to keep it germaine to the topic at hand is, well, impressive to say the least.

I agree with others. I marked one answer that, while listed in the hint, had to do with Generator, not Replicator and I was told I was incorrect for having marked it. I marked another that had to do with Configurator, not Replicator, and I was also told that I was incorrect. This has been my worst mission to date…

Great points, Peter, and I agree with all of them. I think this might be a case of "both/and"; even if it was easy, cybercriminals would not waste the time and effort to pen a small business unless there was a good reason. Granted, yes, it's "low-hanging fruit" as the old colloquialism goes, but there still has to be some…

So like killing one bird with two stones...or two birds with two stones...or...poor birds!!!

Always glad to help folks cheat on their diet, tphelps01! Now go to your local soda shop and dig in!!!

Normally, on the final question, it gives a drop-down. This one had a "fill in the blank" and I apparently filled it in wrong. I did take the survey and then wrote "I took the survey" but, woh woh woh, got the Red "X". Any chance of getting credit?

For our DoD bretheren and sisteren (is that word?)

Careful on today's (2/6) question: there is mention in the hint of "deprovisioning" and while this could cause mild confusion (it did for me), the hint clearly states what is part of the user provisioning process.

Congratulations, rhether!

^F no worky, oiram, sorry. Today's hint is a pic file not a searchable PDF.

Hi, mlcc2000. The question asks about the ARM collector. And according to the hint provided...

You know what the MPAA says, rschroeder: there's too much "sax and violins" on television and in the movies these days! Yes, old musician joke...but, hey, I'm an "old musician"! :-D I think I related this in a previous mission but my musical story started when I was seven years old. My father had a hard time hearing high…

sierra1011 , I get where you are coming from and your statement is absolutely accurate. But looking at it from a statistical PoV, could one not use the dataset indicated in the study (419 companies, 1,900 individuals, etc.) and extrapolate the figures to include a greater whole? If not, why? Do we not use generalization…

And I would be remiss, good sir, if I did not thank you for the kind words about the Viola and the Stick. As I alluded, I give all glory to God for my talents...not about me. Actually, Rick, since you play keyboard and bass, you should give the Stick a try. Mentally, it's the same as the keyboard: hands can act…

You truly are a "Darling", yumdarling! Thank you for granting my seemingly inane request for the code change. You've made this old dog smile a little!

Ah, "capacity planning": an essential, albeit sometimes messy, part of our very existence.
-
Interesting, Rick...I thought you might have gone the "mythical" route: Or the ole..."Henery The Eighth I Am I Am" route: They say that the definition of a great leader is one who keeps their head while everyone around them is losing theirs...OK, sorry, very bad joke. But you started it, rschroeder... ;-)

One of our former supervisors really knew how to engage her people. Every day, she gave them "hugs and Scooby Snacks!". This was a tightly-knit group in a remote location, so don't go raising the "Hostile Work Environment" flag: you'd have to know this person, which I do, to fully appreciate her management style. It's sad,…

Stores were all out of Prime Rib...so my wife fixed some yummy RAM and bean soup! Guess I need one of those - what'd she call it? - UPGRADES! EOY plans? Chillin' by the fire with my family. In bed by 10PM (yes, I'm an old fart and darned proud of it, thank you!)

One other thing, and I don't know if it's just me, but my points just say "Loading points..." and the store does not open either (not that I'm looking to get anything right now, just bringing it up).
