What type of connector are you using? Also, are you using the setting to "Do not overwrite existing value" for things like IP and hostname of the assets? If nothing else, this may at least start preventing the problem.

The quickest way would be to go into the TECH table on the Web Help Desk Server and locate the SUPERVISOR_ID field (which will be a number assignment). From there, you can either do a find and replace or write an SQL query that executes the work. Let me know if you need help with the query or navigating your database.

Setup SNMP on the devices, and then setup some logging monitors in LEM. From there, you can generate whatever rules/alerts (bells/whistles) you would like.

I'm not very familiar w/ those units, so I would ask a few questions: 1. Do they have NIC ports? 2. Do they support SNMP? If so, it should be a fairly straightforward process. Otherwise, you could get yourself a few network monitoring devices that do support SNMP and go from there.

If anyone else is having this issue, you need to call SW support and have them do a license reset on their end to resolve the issue.
