Also ability to change column width

IF it integrated in with outlook it could also be set up to redirect tickets when a tech was in a meeting? maybe only those markes with certain priorities
-
This would be great functionality if used in the following way: lets say a autocad goes down and 10 people call to tell you , it would be great to create 1 ticket and assoc all 10 users with it because they are all calling on the same issue. Then when the ticket is closed all users would be notified. it would be especailly…

Something so simple, I never thought about this...
-
The ones I have shown are client fields
-
I have found that certain types of custom fields to not align the fields nicely everything is squished together, therefore would like to see them spaced out. as they are hard to read
-
Probably, I will try it ( I am a new user)
-
I was asking how to change the images.
-
This worked!!!! thank you very much
-
I see it now, I found it by using chrome and then hovering over the latest note and pressing the plus sign, I didn't have that option in IE. Does this mean that the email will only show the end user the note vs all of the ticket details?
-
There are a few things I know of that can be hidden I sent you an email message with my phone number, if you want to call I will walk you thru that options I know of
-
I don't think you can prevent thme from seeing tickets assigned to the tech groups they are apart of as this contradicts the purpose of tech groups. You can however check mark "limit to assigned tech groups" it is in tech\tech permissions\ select your group, I think this will prevent them from seeing tickets in groups that…

Can anyone make/unmake a ticket private?
-
I just tried mine and I get the same menu, spell check does work in other fields such as notes
-
This is awesome Thank you!! Is there a way to prevent them by location? The error says client login is currently disabled for your location. We would like to roll it out in phases to one location at a time
-
Kjette is correct you can create a client admin role, then assign the role you created to the manager and finally assign the role to the location.
-
no bottle necks
-
Changing the threshold seems to have done the most
-
Patricks how do you turn it off for the portal but leave on for email? I have been going into the request typing and unchecking the box.
-
I have turned off the notification rule and it is still happening, sometimes all by itself and other times if you press refresh after saving in IE
-
You could create a location group that included the locations you want and then assign that group to those clients
-
ritecithelp How did you do that?

I have to say I love WHD but am becoming very frustrated. I think you could make a LOT of people happy and curb their frustrations if instead of working on this highly complicated changes you would work on simple ones. Such as being able to have 2 or more windows open at once, being able to look a ticket up in the my…

You can change the status by: Going to setup then tickets and finally to status types, this is where you can either change the default ones or create new ones. Not sure if this answers the issue.
-
You can sync your clients by email or username, I am not sure where it is or if it will work to merge but you could touch base with support. Otherwise you could do a search by user name and use the bulk update to switch over to the new email addresses

I used surveys at a previous company and after turning them on I wish I hadn't. The users hated them as they were getting bombarded with emails. Once you create the survey, changing it skews your data. ( if you have 3 choices a - apple, b - banana, c - carrot. you cant change the order of the choices. if you do the data…
-
Depending on what you mean by canned responses there are 2 things I know of. You can create FAQs and then link those FAQs , or you can customize the email responses based on status. I may be wrong but WHD is not meant to be used in multiple tabs, you can open on session in IE and one in chrome with out issues
-
Yes I am having it also, I have called and also am told it is on my end but nothing has changed, the issue is sporadic. it doesn't happen everyday
-
My suggestion is don't do it. Don't turn them on. Once they are on you can't turn them off easily. Your users will hate you because they get nagged over and over
-
Does anyone know if this is possible?
