Hello swg, that sounds familiar to me. 1. do you log off the ARM clients, config as well? If not, the database increases and does not cleanup. 2. how is your retention setup in ARM? 3. Do you use the ARM website/datawarehouse? 4. check the sizes of your scans, i.e. our DFS scan is about 3,5 GB each night. These are the…

By default, only 1 user at a time can use the config tool. You will realize that this was quite a wise decision.

Hi Ferdi, it's possible, well sort of. There is no report. But you could use the scenarios which are available on the resources tab. In the resources tab type the user/group name in the search field and ARM will show underneath the resources the permissions which a user/group has. It's not limited how many scenarios you…

Hello Jonas, the configuration itself is stored in the ARM database as well. So if you haven't done any tweaks to the arm server in the pn.server.config file you would not need to backup the arm server itself. Just reinstall ARM and point to the ARM database. But keep in mind the ARM server name should be the same if you…

Hello, do you have any details about it? Do we need an additional syslog server or is one included in this feature? Regards Marcus
-
Hello, I have a question regarding the syslog part. What exactly is planned about the syslogging? It's says alerting. Is a reporting considered as well? Cheers Marcus

Yes, there are two documents describing the migration. You will find it in the knowledge base.

Hello Ferdi, yes it's possible. You have to set this "<Blacklists.AccountNotShowing.IsAllowed type="System.Boolean">true</Blacklists.AccountNotShowing.IsAllowed>" in your pnServer.config.xml. But it's a global setting. You can't set it on a per report basis. Except on the permission difference report.

Hi tante_jana, that was never possible in 8MAN/ARM. In the configuration changes to Logga settings are tracked. But not to any other settings. Regards Marcus

Hi, did you check the arm service logs? Did you check the arm server event logs? Did you check the arm server sql server logs? Regards Marcus
