Hello, several pages are not available. The emea page for example. I can't send private messages. I have lost all of my private messages. And btw. the scaling on a 32" is terrible. It's like surfing in middle age of IT with 15" monitors
-
It is already included in the mail
-
Not really necessary. You have to take care of the service accounts used by ARM. Thats more important.
-
Maybe the import function via a cvs file could be at hand for your problem. But btw. how often do you have to change or add new file servers?
-
Great, great idea!!!
-
I can't understand that too. In my understanding bookmarks are stored in a database like users and passwords. So why should all this be lost in a migration process???
-
btw. there is a support reuqest open for this subject
-
I guess this has nothing to do with ARM (Access Rights Manager).
-
Hiho, this link doesn't work anymore (404 error). Do you have a working link?
-
We had the same problem almost a decade ago and back in the days Protected Networks implemented exact what you need. AFAIK it made it to the major product release.
-
Hello @"franky06" , please check www.cusatum.de. They have a tool which does exactly what you want.
-
The best way is to wait 6 month before upgrading. That's what we will do.
-
Is anybody at Solarwinds working on the fixes??? I don't think so.
-
Still no fixes...
-
Nice, but the real problems are still not solved. So still no patch for the problems.
-
We had the same problems (not with the scanning) with this version and made a rollback to the previous version with the current database. It worked for me but is probably not supported by Solarwinds. At least we don't have any problems anymore.
-
The best way is to rollback to the version before 2024.3.0.298. The lastest version has a lot of issues and no solution shows up. Restore the backup of your database before the update and reinstall the old version.
-
Solarwinds should remove the faulty version but it's still available without any notice about the trouble you get.

Hello, any updates on this subject? I recognised that our FS Logga in the cluster configuration don't work anymore after the upgrade. A support ticket is open. But the suggested solution included the restart of arm service on the arm server...with the collectors not connecting. When will the patch be available? We need a…

Thanks for pointing me to this workaround. Have missed it obviously.
-
And I would like to point out that this is not your business. Sorry for off topic.
-
In the meantime the problem has been fixed. We had to tweak the mainXXXXX.js file in the grantma wwwroot folder. I think most people with 8MAN license are affected.
-
Logged in with an admin account. No Settings > Connection Security. Opening a support case is not the best idea.
-
As I mentioned in my post: my web client does not have the "settings -> connection security" entry. So I can't get any init code from there. so how do I register my rich client? Ah and BTW. the automatic update of the collectors doesn't work anymore. We have to manually update all of our collectors.

I'm with you. Since Solarwinds purchased the product we use the qualitity of support has dropped. They also discontinued german speaking support. Can't recommend using Solarwinds Products

Don't use the wizard. Use the arm configuration with the blue icon. There you can login and setup your enviroment. By now you just need the wizard to setup a dfs scan. All other scans can be configured with the "old" config tool which is much, much more better than the wizard.
-
Did you intall the FS Logga on your File Server?
-
You should be able to login with the user you have installed ARM originaly on the ARM server. Has been working ever since.
-
Good Morning, this is not a ARM option or issue. You have to ask your mail server admin.
-
Yes it's possible. Please read the manual.
