Sometime's it get's stuck due to credential timeout issue. In my case i changed the polling engine and again re-assigned the same polling engine and it started polling.

I have same issue in 12.2 version as well. 36 TB Disk allocated on server Which is correct in solarwinds also but solarwinds showing disk utilization is 35TB which is wrong. I checked on server Disk is free more than 10 TB. How to fix it, It giving me wrong report.

I faced this issue last week, and found a .net patch(KB4471989) was removed from NMS main polling engine during the windows patch update via WSUS. After re-installing this patch issue got resolved.
