I have 4 sets, although one of them is a much older version that doesn't connect to the app. I have one set in my girls' old bedroom, one in their new bedroom, and a set of the outdoor lights on the back patio. The newest ones I got a few months ago even work through my WiFi and don't need Bluetooth enabled.

I have resolved issues like this using Netpath in the past as well. Create a Netpath from your chosen poller on port 161 and make sure it is getting to the device successfully. Check your SNMP versions on both sides. You can also SNMPWalk the device to make sure your credentials match on both sides.
