I voted for cost and ROI. A lot of buzz is around AI, which lead to implementations without a proper business case. Investing in AI is more then implementing a tool. You need to be trained and skilled to make efficient use of AI.

Day 14 question has a wrong type of answering mode. It says select all, but it is a toggle radio button without multiple selection options.

The biggest challenge is being aware of changes that have been made to an infrastructure without letting anyone know. Smaller organisations usually do not have a change management procedure, e.g. when there is only one system administrator.

Without being able to check the costs it is hard to say if it is value for money.
