Are you trying to deploy the Agent in AWS/Azure public cloud, or on-prem?

If the process name is the same for the ones you want to monitor, and the ones you don't want monitored there's no way of distinguishing between them. I would recommend monitoring the java applications you want monitored via SNMP or JMX instead of monitoring the individual processes themselves.
