It's unlikely that he is running HTTPS on port 80. If the protocol is is HTTP then the HTTP User Experience Monitor should be used instead.

It sounds like the Exchange Server you are trying to monitor is either managed as an SNMP node in Orion or the Exchange server does not include the Mailbox server role.

adam.beedell, a buddy drop which addresses this issue is immediately available by opening a case with support. This fix will also be included in our next Orion Platform Hotfix which is currently undergoing final rounds of internal testing.
