Right, we already have the web server in DMZ, what do we need to be able to only access this page (solarwinds-servername:80/.../Alerts.aspx) We are trying to avoid moving SolarWinds server to DMZ. How can we split the web console to only put this part of it on different web server in DMZ?

Thanks Matthew, now we are looking at this option/question. Can we put this part (just the acknowledging link on a web server in DMZ)? The reason for doing this is to avoid using VPN or other external access for security reason. Best, Ziba

Matthew, this time (after clearing the alert), I see the alert in active alert logs but not in web console (please see following screenshots)

Matthew, I acknowledged the old alert and he acknowledged it once it was triggered again. But only showing my name as “Acknowledged By”

Matthew, I see following in web console as well as active alerts. My co-worker acknowledged it but still showing under my name as “Acknowledged By”.

It's okay for team to look at the last 25 conversion for CA port. I just want to know how create a custom view only for that. Any idea? Thanks again for your help.

Matthew, we are able to connect to internal wireless and able to acknowledge the alert. Still, don’t know how to confirm that it’s acknowledged. I actually looked at the web console and refresh but still holding last update which I acknowledged it which it’s supposed to be by different user. I appreciate any help Message…

Thanks terrancekennedy, I test it and when lost database connectivity still showed “Up” and did not get paged. I changed it to “Unexpected” and set it to “Fail if found”, and when database was disconnected, then changed the status to “Down” and I received page. Ziba

Robert, after all troubleshooting with support and reviewed by the developers, they suggested to upgrade to NPM 11.5. Truly, I have seen this issue (posted) by different NPM versions. Also, I did not see this issue as one of the fixes in NPM 11.5 release notes. Hopefully, upgrading will fix this issue! Thank,

Thanks Matthew, I have the link and it takes me to web console but it didn’t work when we tried to acknowledge it. Do we have to configure smartphone? How we will be able to open the link since this is internal network (should we register the SolarWinds server with ISP and those kind of thing)?
