It would be great if SIEM could alert on "IF" condition, meaning a trusted group can do their task without triggering alert. If indivitual who is not permitted and taking action against their role, then trigger alert immediately rather than waiting for daily report.

I agree! When there is (square) choices, means to select them. Mostly "All of the above" should be a choice when it's circle and you can't select except for one choice:)
