Tagging people is awful.. white background with grey text. Portal view is basically broken If a user replies to a ticket via email, the text comes in black and the only way to really read it is to highlight it. For the last part of your post, if you click the 'related' tab, then choose Configuration Items, you are able to search assets to attach to the ticket.

Yes please! For our HR department, during the offboarding process they need to cc a number of people on the offboarding service catalog request. I ended up creating a group inside Solarwinds and added the emails there so that, at the very least, it saves them some time.

This is the big one for us. We are getting notifications for tickets that we don't need to worry about since our tech on the other side of the world is handling it. I can see the benefit for reporting, but please oh please allow us to disable notifications!

I've started bypassing creating a ticket and emailing my account rep directly and letting her create the ticket. That seems to get support that actually works instead of just sending me the outdated articles from their website.

I believe we also had that problem. I created a second package with the same settings and made it available via Company Portal so that I could direct people to uninstall the existing DRE and then install the one via Company Portal. Stupid workaround, but it worked ok.

We have the client set to automatically update and it seems to work pretty well. I haven't touched the intune version in about 6 months but it's installing the latest version on new machines.
