Interesting that it's possible to roll it back on a per-account basis... what was the change they made?

I believe this may be linked to the fact that on Change Requests, the "Approve" buttons have been removed from the "Process" tab and now only appear on the "Tasks" tab. This has been raised via Support and I'm hoping to hear something back soon.
