ok, i have just stopped and started the NPM service and the devices i selected as unmanage, are now unmanaged surely there is an issue here? and it should need the service restarted to jsut unmanage a node?

ok slightly confused..lol my polling statistics intervals are default node stats poll int is 10mins default interface stats poll int is 9mins default volume stats poll int is 15mins are they ok? should I lower them to 5 mins?

sorry to drag this up, today i used snmp mib browse to find these and i can see as far as 1.3.6.1.4.1.9 any reason i cant see past that? there is nothing in the list? all i have is 0 19 20 21

but it now means that the existing links on each device, in custom properties, does no longer work? are you saying i need to change every link? this is not ideal as i have a link to a map on each device, and i have several hundred devices.

not sure, my server is a lot less spec then yours and runs fine, i did have the database on a different server and in the graphs i have lost data, so put the database back on the same server and it's perfect

sorted now, i have enabled the HTML options, and now it's brilliant :) very clear. cheers team :)
