That would be my guess. They have done this before with other products. It would be ok if there were a path from WHD to SWSD but it appears that you cannot go from one to the other. No licensing transfer or data migration. Just abandon one and start fresh with the other.

We have a similar issue with tickets that go thru an approval process. Some, but not all, of the approved tickets will get stuck in a 'pending approval' status. I generally have to go thru the list and then use a script to change the record in the database. This apparently is a known bug in the 12.5 and 12.6 versions. I…

I just upgraded from 11.0.1 to 11.5.1. So far so good. No issues at all with the upgrade, everything ran fine. I checked some of the other issues people listed as problems in this post and am not seeing anything. I will post another update if I see any problems n the next few days.

NPM is used for monitoring and alerting all network gear and a few select servers (SAM does the rest of them). NCM is used for config backups, updates and change management, as well as compliance reporting.
