Tried that in IE 10 and I get the same thing. In fact, if I put in a totally bogus user ("Randy") with a bogus password, I get the same thing. Spinning bar below the "Cancel" button and never an error or anything.

I agree with byrona ... at a previous job we used Engineer's Toolset as our primary Network Monitoring solution. Then Orion/NPM came along and we stopped using the Engineer's Toolset altogether. I download the trial version of Toolset on occasion and find that I would probably use some of the tools if they were offered…

I get an NSIS Error when trying to run the installer. I tried re-downloading UDT 3.0 but I get the same error every time I attempt to install... Any ideas?

UDT is definitely NOT Cisco centric. We are moving away from Cisco to Juniper switches (EX3300, EX4200, and EX4500's currently deployed) and UDT works GREAT!! I'm pretty sure that UDT will work with AVAYA switches as well.

I use the custom properties drop-down lists but have not noticed any values disappearing from the lists. Of course, I think the maximum number of values I have used for any given drop-down list is 10. I'm not aware of any limitation.

I believe that the Report Group field in Orion Report Writer is what you are referring to. To change the category that the report falls under, simply change the Report Group.

Windows 7 x64, IE 10 ... just hangs at logging in. Get the [a:a] code in the upper right. No errors but it never actually logs in.
