I've just been speaking with support today and they have asked me to upgrade to NPM10.3 and SAM5.0.1 pending a Hotfix. I'm currently collecting Diags / Wireshark traces at the moment and will update everyone if there is any further progress.

Just to follow up a little, this is different to a similar post of mine (Linux Server) as I dont have SSH access at all. I cant use a limitation to negate the node inquestion as it wont show it if its down etc. Any ideas?

Typical, 5mins after posting this I get the query. select * from CIM_Datafile where Name = 'c:\\Program Files\\Folder\\executable.exe' The question is now how do I return a string value rather than the Statistical Data of 0? Then also how do I add this value one of the node views so I dont have to go into APM just to view…

Resolved by the following - 1) Manage Agents 2) Select down agent 3) From More Options Re-Install Agent All the previously configured Netpaths start to work again after the next scheduled poll.
