I guess it would be better if the users know where their cases are already escalated and if possible to give updates on the current isolation being done by your team internally. Hi, it would be nice to do this all by just adding the reports (attachments) in the reporting mail, in stead of going by work-arounds and quick fixes with webpages. Should be a nice feature for the next version? (report writer is already capable of making pdf's from the reports). Greetings,
