Hey agm- I checked the support logs and found an older case like yours. Here's what it said: "The LP5 error relates to a privelege problem when the installer tries to launch the program, but cannot. This can be resolved by ensuring that the installer (exe) had it's privelege level set to run as administrator." Let me know…
