Hi filipv- Have you downloaded the lastest MIB from your customer portal and checked to see if the OID/MIB is there? Also, who is the manufacturer of the device you are trying to poll? Have you tried searching their website and seeing if it's there. Or emailing them and asking them to add the OID/MIB. M

Hi Norbert-- Have you tried running the Configuration Wizard? Try that by going to: SolarWindsOrion>Configuration/Auto-Discovery>Configuration Wizard. Select Next to move through the screens. Try this and if doesn't help, open a support ticket. M

Hi Jay-- Orion NPM deletes data nightly per scheduled maintenance. It does not use a security algorithm to delete the data just a standard SQL Delete statement. HTH, M
