Hi-- You need to MIB walk your device not the SW MIB to find out the exact OID you need. Then you create the UnDP around that. We offer a MIB walker in our Toolset product, but there are also other tools out there for walking your MIB. HTH, M

Hi irishjd- Have you also tried adding it to our Tell Us Your Unknown Devices post? We check that and then update the SW MIB with new OIDs. M
