Hi aLTeReGo‌, The status of my Appinsight fo exchange template is still unknown after the solarwinds support disabled the "Average Document Indexing Time" Component. I think, this component is still causing the unknown status. please see below screenshot.

hi, have you tried to delete ur browser cache after you've done adding the flex files and restart the tomcat process on your vman server? Have you tried to acces this vman console on other workstations? Other browsers? Hope this helps your issue
