hi bemke, What configuration did you use? Manual configuration or automatic configuration? What credentials are you using? WMI or SNMP? i hope WMI and kindly check the roles of your credentials if there's a privilege to access your exchange. Have you also tried to create self-sign certificate? You can use the "Valid time of the Day" from the alert you created or simply disable the alert.

You need to download the NCM for additional poller. Just click "choose to download" button of the Additional Poller then, download the NCM additional poller under the "Individual Download/s"

Means that this interface is already removed from the end device and need to manually delete the interface/s from SolarWinds.
