The data reports properly in reports now ( in the report tool, web console, and e-mailed reports ). The discrepancy we see though is how it is stored in the DB. Looking at the raw DB, the times are all +5 hours. This becomes an issue when we want to pull data directly from the DB for custom dashboards.

All of our Universal Pollers are doing the same thing. In the Poller utility, they come up fine, test fine, but they don't throw any of the data to the web. I already have a ticket in with Solarwinds on this Case # 115180. Yet to hear anything from them.

Do you have the "Allow Account to Clear Events, Acknowledge Alerts and Syslogs" option in the account you were using set to "yes" ?

I found the primary drive on teh box was full, now I am just trying to narrow down what caused it.

We were experiencing the same on our 2 primary servers. Updating to NPM 9.5 SP4 seems to have helped, but it still uses higher resources then I care for. EOC is another thing.. its down/offline more then its up.

Anyone care to try this ? Solarwinds tech states he is unable to reproduce the issue. Curious to see if we are the only ones with this problem. Thanks
