Cloud storage just moves your data to someone elses SAN. They still have to manage it and they are still vulnerable to many things like backhoe joe if they aren't provisioned properly. When they have an outage, it is not a matter of if, how is that going to impact your business ? Do you have any recourse for lost revenue ?

The amount of things you have to opt in for many apps just for your phone or tablets is disconcerting these days. I've used the text to table to parse events while troubleshooting various events within monitoring tools.

good stuff...but I have yet to see a DNS run via AD that works well. For some reason when managed by the unix teams or network teams it usually seems to be more robust and correct.

The toolset needs to get it's data off the source server quickly and then processed out of band to prevent the observation from affecting the application/server/stack thus skewing the results.

Agreed this is a better hint resource. The question should also indicate to select all that apply...not everyone understands the selection boxes vs. the round radio buttons.
