the list of bad things with uber and lyft is still missing some bad things. This is primarily uber: customer support. If you have a problem you can't talk to anyone...you do an email dance that may take days to resolve or not. It usually takes a day for the initial response. Navigating their help site to get to the point…

Very good adatole​ ! I see snippets of wisdom strewn throughout and mirror things I have seen or learned over time. As mentioned previously, I do need to make the time to watch the movie. 

Baselines while good have other uses...you need to compare your baselines over time so you can see growth. But you will need to be able to notate changes to the environment at each baseline so you can see how/why it may change or not. It ties heavily into capacity planning...

While I would like the mechanical keyboard, I'd be happy with anything on the list.

part of the reason I drink a half a pot of coffee during the hour drive to work in the morning....still doesn't always help.
