I suggest the survey could be altered a bit as it is a bit binary in the choices. simple term.... Tolerance stacking. Everything may be within spec By the time you add everything up, the variances between the parts can result in the whole thing being out of spec. This applies from physical tools/machining to the entire "app stack".
