I think many of the issues mention fall to ignorance at many levels. Everyone wants the cool tech that allows them to turn lights off and on, adjust the thermostat or see what the kids keep setting it to, being able to look at security cameras, etc. The want instant gratification without any work. Thus they fail to RTFM…

I enjoy being in a position where our internal monitoring tools know when there is a problem before the vendor so we are calling them...keeps them honest and on their toes.

Get the Jeep out on the trail. Trail therapy rates up there with road therapy on motorcycles. Just remember jeep = Just Empty Every Pocket It applies to accessories, mods, parts, and repair. So be careful on the trail.

Seems the survey has an issue in that it says to provide a thwack id or email address but when you submit a thwack id it barks about an invalid email address.
