Also if you exit the submission screen without inputting an answer, it marks it as complete, no way to go back and input the value.

except they are 2x+ the point cost of last years

I'm actually SolarWinds T2 support for PM, so I get questions about this a lot Doing my best to help out here. I think they are getting this post updated more often now, I have brought it up to the Dev Team who maintains it.
-
Forgot to add: this will also help to limit the size of ARM Diagnostics when provided to support, as years worth of log files will increase the file size significantly.
-
This list needs to be updated for December 2023. Also I believe some items are no longer updated in PM (Malwarebytes) so the list needs to be edited. Thanks.
-
Read the question again carefully. and yes, there's a calculation error, the correct answer is not present given the question.
-
me and some co workers collaborate on the answers. Early bird person got it correct with a single answer, I did the same answer and got it wrong
-
Lots of odd answer patterns... like all of them are correct, but there wasn't an 'all of the above' option.
-
I voted on this yesterday, but it doesn't get recorded on the mission?
-
I'm not getting completion for Sept 8 / Day 5. I answered the survey before it came available here, can it be reset?
-
No, but taking one in about 2 weeks!

If you use the SolarWinds License Manager (installed with ARM), you can update the license without de/re activating, even if you do not have internet access. documentation.solarwinds.com/.../synchronise-license.htm
-
yeah personally I don't like this type of answer, you have to get ALL the right answers to get the question right. Miss one, and the entire answer is wrong.
-
So many options missing.
-
Thanks for figuring this out.

10/26 Day 19 hint link needs to be fixed

Thank you Jonas for providing that code!

You cannot create computer accounts in ARM. I do know this has been suggested as a Feature Request in the past.
-
Hi Christian This would not currently be possible in ARM. You could submit as a Feature Request for this to be evaluated for a future version of ARM. I think it may be tricky given how AD works with user rights but you never know. You can submit feature requests via THWACK at thwack.solarwinds.com/.../feature-requests

Hi Mike, I see that the support case you had for this issue is still at Tier 1 support. You should request that it be advanced to higher support for a more in-depth review of the issue.
-
Hi Joe, Are you using Exchange On-prem or Online? Does the scan work again after a day when it does not work? If you are still having issues, I'd encourage you to create a support case so we can review the problem. Also, ensure you are on the latest version of ARM 2025.2
-
This may be related to the recent issue we have with ARM internal certificates expiring. Please see explanation and resolution here https://solarwindscore.my.site.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/ARM-Server-fails-to-start-due-to-expired-internal-certificates?language=en_US If this does not help to resolve the login issue,…

ARM 2025.2 released on 15 April 2025. Major fix is the scripting issue. FS Logga on Windows File clusters issue remains. Other updates include updated RabbitMQ to version 3.13.7 https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/arm/content/release_notes/arm_2025-2_release_notes.htm This will be the last update of this…

Hi Jordan, Normally the collectors will reconnect after some time, but it can take 10 to 15 minutes after the issue occurs. The ARM Server does retry to connect to the collectors every few minutes if the connection is lost. As you've found, the quickest resolution is the right-click/restart option. You can also restart the…

We have the following support documentation for setting this up https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/arm/content/configure-aad-logga.htm If you still have issues please open a support case.

OK this may be the Group Membership alert https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/arm/content/set-alerts-for-ous-domains.htm Adding computers would involve changes to group membership, so an alert would be generated.
-
Yes, the issue about 'daily' being the most frequent for an AD scan has come up previously, so I know there have been FR for it submitted several times. It's not a long process for most environments, so an hourly option would be viable for many users. Adding alert types is always a good suggestion, and hopefully easy to…
-
Hi Jonas, I believe the option to run AD scans more often has been submitted previously as a Feature Request. The other issue of having an alert available for new computer objects would be a Feature Request as well. You can submit Feature Requests here, they are reviewed periodically by the Development Team for review…

Hi Franky, I don't believe there is a way to automate this process, this would be a Feature Request. You can increase the number of results in the Web console: Web Console > Settings > Analyze. The default is 1000, but you can increase if needed.
