Run MIB walk and see if you are able to see the OID and Value returned for CPU / RAM Volumes . Once you have that create a UDP and see if you have the graph . Let me know if this helps, or if you require any further information.

If you have already installed HOTFIX 6 on all the poller that is what recommended . I just advised on Primary poller so we can quickly isolate the issue.
