My assumption is that he is talking about the "customize page" link at the top right of the home screen. Then you can adjust your column widths. I had to do this in order to see my entire map as well. Another option is to click "edit" on the map in question, and adjust the scale (ie 90%, 80%). Jim

Yes, I have tried it both ways. Unchecking the node, and also by unchecking the interfaces. We are currently (I believe) up to date on versions and patches.

This sort of works but at times I have found that, for whatever reason, the timestamp doesnt get updated so if a router goes down multiple times.. it may give an incorrect timestamp. Sometimes it seems that its just randomly putting in a time for that field.

Unfortunately they dont. I was just looking at that. When a router is up on dial backup, all the interface show up/up. I wonder if there is a way to filter out times when the router shows up but the UnDP poller is active on that device. The UnDP poller is what we use to tell if they have chosen a new default route.

I like this report alot. Is it possible to "sum" the amount of time in a month that the nodes were down rather than display each time?

May have answered my own question. I read through the documentation but I never read that you needed to use the "%" to limit your criteria. Where in the documentation could I find other switches like the % character?

Not over impressed with 9.5 either but as for Network Atlas, I am pretty happy. More tools could have been added and it could be a little more intuitive but it is a step in the right direction for me. Atleast its beginning to have the same mapping functionality as other mapping products.

Disregard. It was a browser issue. I dont usually use Chrome but I have had problems with IE and my PC so I downloaded it.. It would let me select the interfaces but wouldnt accept them when I submitted. I switched to IE and had no problem.
