You mentioned PRI utilization on SIP and H.323 devices - Is it safe to assume this will not monitor PRI utilization on an MGCP Gateway?

No chart at all or just no data? No chart - you could try running the configuration wizard for the website No data in the chart - Check Orion services on the pollers. Also check under Customize Page to make sure they are still configured to appear.

That's not possible at this time, but I'll add it as a feature request.

Would it be possible to add support for other VOIP gear like I3, Fonality, or the Asterisk PBX-in-a-flash? Our company has all 3 due to acquisitions and it's a real monitoring headache.

I'm good. Removed it from my view. Ran your query and returned zero rows affected so I shouldn't encounter it again.

Kerr, I have a client that had a similar issue that I was able to go and fix. I had to build the system from the ground up which does not seem to be your case but still its not an easy task. I was able to setup custom alarms based on critical radio stats such as low Radio Signal Levels and High Noise Floor levels. Is this…

Case #267047

what's your connection timeout set to? That's primarily the cause of the message. Play around with increasing that and see if that message still comes up. It's located in email>options.

Haven't run into this yet, but if true, I wholeheartedly support this.

Were you able to find a solution to this problem?
-
Can you please tell me how you did it in the Basic Alerting engine? Thanks so much!

We'll create a KB for this one once we've been able to confirm the instructions. Basically, you'll need to configure the Bit9 Parity system to syslog, then configure the Bit9 Parity syslog connector on the LEM appliance (or syslog server agent node). To configure bit9 to syslog (you should enter the LEM appliance or syslog…

I solved it without using SOAP because suspending monitors is not part of Ipmonitors Soap interface. The solution is here

Good suggestion. I've captured this in our system.

Hey TTL, and others, not sure if you're in the other thread I just replied to, but we did make some serious improvements in LEM 5.7 RC3 (released and on the portal yesterday) that tries to address this extremely slow/endless reports stuff. If you are already on the RC, I'd upgrade to this one and see how that affects your…

It's something we expect in a future release, but I don't have a specific timeline.

*Bump* Is there a way to schedule a periodic scan for new volumes and interfaces?

Are you wanting it to send you an email that the service is back up, or is it sending a message that it's down constantly?

Hi, Did an upgrade to 10.1.2 and now get an Invalid object name 'APM_ApplicationAlertsData'. error. Has anyone any ideas how to rectify it? The detail of the fault is: The Orion website is currently unable to display this page. Orion polling and alerting services often continue running, though this page cannot be…

Orion is using the OIDs associated with the HOST RESOURCES MIB.

I too am wondering if you can import the Orion database into the toolset?
-
It appears you are correct these are custom properties that someone had created. Thanks for all the input.

Us as well. I'm keenly interested in the User Administration that is now built in. I like the domain authentication support, I'm wondering if you can use that for facilitating changes from Cirrus. Currently we used a single ACS account from Cirrus, I'd like to be able to change that to the currently logged in user for…

Anyone come up with anything on this? I need/would like to get this figured out also as soon as possible. My only thought right now is to run a query against the DB to see which node is active and which is passive.
