This message means the NTA service is not running. Try restarting the service. If that doesn't work, you should probably run a repair and re-run configuration wziard on NetFlow.

Any time an active response is initiated, events will be generated and stored on the appliance. If you search for InternalCommands alerts in nDepth (or with a filter) or use the "SolarWinds Actions Report" you should be able to find anything an active response connector has done.

sounds like you are in need of additional pollers. had a similar issue prior to v10.2 when i over drove the poller. the new poller in v10.2 and above can handle roughly 12,000 not sure how the UDT usage is rated in this but you can ask support about that.
