The community might be able to offer more help if you post the details of your alert configuration.

To add some more information we are currently using UniSphere instead of NaviSphere with EMC Provider 4.3.2.1

Those log lines look good and should indeed be caught by the Oracle Auditor tool (the one you are configuring). I can't quite tell how you're configured from the screenshot, but: * If you're syslogging from Oracle on your RHEL box to the appliance, you'll want to configure the tool on the appliance. * If you're syslogging…

You can create IP Address Groups and monitor traffic for specific groups.

Yeah, "Append to Text File" only lets you save a single field (I think we have a feature request to append to text more fields or something like a template). I think if you use "send popup message" it gets recorded in the event viewer, but similarly it's restricted to one field or static text. The only option other than…

Term the list of enhancements might be small but finaly Solarwinds managed it to get the Webinterface reasonable fast. Compared to 9.0.4 and earlier now the the Webinterface is fast as lightning!

This looks like Audit Process Tracking - Success is enabled on your system. You can turn that off in the Windows Audit policy and they won't get generated at all (in the event log or coming to LEM). Within LEM, you can filter that alert from ever appearing across all systems, or you can filter it out but still…

Found it... @node.AgentIP However, ' logging source-interface @node.IPAddress' takes an interface as a parameter, not an IP address. So now I need to figure out how to find the interface on the node with the given IP address. It looks like it should be doable... Feel free to suggest an approach if you have done something…

I am having the same issue occur in my monitoring. Same set up as above. In my case the Orion server is on a different domain than then AD server being monitored. The service account I am using is a domain admin. Will the orion server be able to successfully impersonate a user on a different domain?

It seems to be working again. Not sure what happened, it wouldn't show up for a week, now all of a sudden it does.

It's a bug. We'll get it fixed. Unmanaged should be ignored on rollup.

Is every page slow? If not, which pages?

was thinking about it and if you want to still use the negative logic just change it to Trigger Alert when ALL of the following Apply: Node Status is equal to Down Trigger Alert when NOT ALL of the following Apply: Environment is equal to TESTING Environment is equal to Remote Client and so on with the rest. The logic from…

flip the logic and use Trigger Alert when ALL of the following Apply: Node Status is equal to Down Trigger Alert when ANY of the following Apply: Environment is equal to CORP Environment is equal to Production

Hi jason.triplett, Service Broker is considered a background process, here is the 'quickpoll where clause' that you will need to add in Ignite to get all of the background processes. AND s.spid like '%' UNION ALL SELECT s1.loginame, db_name(s1.dbid) name, s1.hostname, s1.program_name, s1.sql_handle, s1.stmt_start,…

Dan, This doesn't sound like a hardward performance issue. What version are you using? Denny

Tester, What user name and password are you using? If you didn't change anything, we use "Admin" and "". That is, don't type anything in the password field. That's probably not the problem, but I need to make sure.

hmm hello old post. hehe

There aren't any issues that I know of. This should work. If you're having a problem, opening a Support ticket seems the way to go.

MarWatch from Martello Technologies does this for Mitel.

I have setup and utilised short throw projectors for NOC displays before, we had a nice big white wall at a large UK fashion retailer filled with 8 x 2 metre displays at 1080 displaying different parts of the infrastructure. It looked very impressive until the sun came out and then the blinds had to be drawn. I've never…

Hi, Don't know if you can do this in solarwinds but if yoyu use firefox you can download a plugin called Auto Toggle Tabs. Then all you have to do is select the pages that you want to view (open them on different tabs) then start the plug in and it will move between the tabs.

I found the solution. Re-apply SP1 Although my Orion website said I was running 9.1 SP1, apparently, I really wasn't.
-
rubysa, I'll send you a DM with the details.

I am having the exact same problem. Did you ever find a fix?

We've captured that request.

Thanks for compliments. Regarding what you're looking for, I'd recommend surfing Microsoft's website or Exchange specialist websites. If that info is available via WMI, you can write an APM monitor to fetch it. Now showing all the users with mailbox over 1GB is probably not APM. At that point, you're moving out of the…

I may have to do the samething here. I just migrated our NPM installation over to a new server and just found out yesterday by my boss that he wants to have the new server have the same IP address of the old NPM server. Has anyone gotten back to you with an answer yet on this?
