I have observed that if the traffic is ICMP from bad IP, it identifies "isThreat" as True but if the same IP gets access to device, I mean login or make any policy changes, or even reboot system, it shows "isThreat" as False. We're actually using it on the same server as our poller (with a seperate DB server) and have Metaframe installed. Works just fine here; dual proc 1.6 Xeon with 2GB of RAM. We are planning to upgrade the RAM though.

Problem ended up being a ISAPI filter not recieving the proper permissions. Ended up deleting the website in IIS manager and recreating it with full permissions to fix this issue.
