I'm having the same issue, but where do you enter this script?

A report would work as long as the ordination can be made tieing PRI(DS1) to DS0's in the 23 active/inactive DS0's such that the result is PRI 1 = 23 Busy DS0's for Time x and PRI 2 = 2 Busy DS0's for time x

As you are the very first to answer this question...nope..nobody has cracked it yet. We are working on it still. We hope to have something to share in about 2 weeks.

Hi Tony, thanks a lot, I think the last one was the solution. We didnt have enabled the Point "Bypass approval system for automatic remediation of policy violations" I enabled it right now and will have a look at the remediations in the next days. After this I will come back to you to inform you. Thanks Otto

Hi planglois, Thank you for you reply. But I rephrase my question: Hello everyone, I'd like to know if solarwinds licenses are mapped to the mac address of the machine and also its network card. if I reinstalled my solarwinds server with window server 2008, is that my license will still work? or I uninstall the modules…

Hi Tony, yes we created a job for every siingle report. We have 9 active reports and 9 jobs for each report. The jobs start with a gap of 30 minutes to the next. The jobs run every day. Otto

Thanks for your feedback Steve! I'll check it out the 'whatamask' program.

Trying again...anyone know if this can be done by an Advanced SQL report?

Any idea when this functionality is likely to be implemented? The following is the output using your MIB VIEWER utility CISCO-ENVMON-MIB 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.5 Switch#1, PowerSupply#1, Status is Normal, RPS is Normal 1 ac(2) Switch#2, PowerSupply#1, Status is Normal, RPS is Normal 1 ac(2) Switch#3, PowerSupply#1, Status is…

Hi, Any way to add this to the wishlist or features addition plan ? A client version of the Search Syslog database would be a great addition to the Orion suite... Having users being abled to quey the DB without going through the Orion main engine would significantly reduce the load on the latest and significantly improve…

Thanks njoylif. SQL didn’t like the ‘AS aliases’ so I removed them but SQL still throws the error ‘Invalid length parameter passed to the LEFT or SUBSTRING function. WHERE (SUBSTRING(Nodes.SysName, 1, CHARINDEX('.', Nodes.SysName) - 1) ) <> ( SUBSTRING(Nodes.DNS, 1, CHARINDEX('.', Nodes.DNS) - 1) )

cheers. hoping this gets a level of priority as you are moving away from system manager, so SW at least needs to include the same functionality, even if it is slower...

Hello, Thank you for reply. > Are you trying to chart the total number of processes running on the server? Yes. I want to see chart about all processes running on server. I am trying to do about Windows now. But, I want way to do about Unix server. Best regards,

Fantastic! But, unfortunately, we have about (600) 3750X switches will need to be upgraded. Only took us a year to upgrade the last IOS. Thanks so much twgraham!

Same here - we would like to see what info we can pull via UNDP.

Thanks for that. I'd also noticed that their MIB support had changed on the newer models. I was wondering if this was actually a deliberate move on their part so that you're forced to purchase their proprietary management software to monitor them. If so, I doubt they'd be inclined to do anything or care that they don't…

Unfortunately, the hrStorage Table does not have an 'available' entry. Just 'size' and 'used'.

Ditto on audit ... everything has to be auditable these days. Also how about setting an auto-acknowledge for informational alerts. (For example I want to have "alert reset" timeout after 24 hours and "device reboot" timeout after 3 days - or something like that).

We have a "new user setup" in our helpdesk. When this is selected we have a list of 20+ systems that these users have access to. Based on a dropdown of job titles, we would like to prefill these systems by using a checkbox for each so that this information can be sent over to our service desk so that they can create the…

Server 2003 SQL 2005 Standard What settings in particular?

That field is limited to 255 characters. If you have more than a few sentences, I recommend you just put a link to the full text somewhere else. We are a government agency and having only a link won't fly with the auditors. They insist the "go to jail" text must be visable on the site logon page. Otherwise, in the case of…

I apologize for bringing up two things in one thread. Nodes with Problems - In this case, the ISDN bearer channels will always stay down and therefor NPM see's that as a problem. If I could choose what state is a problem for the node/interface, then I can populate that view with things that are real problems. Example of…

What I would like to see is this functionality pushed to the node/interface management level so that we can be more granular on alerts. Can you explain what you mean in more detail?
