I can't create a new poller for Node Details as we already have one which polls for all the information possible - we do get information for the last time the node was booted, however there isn't a way to convert this into actual uptime. Because you can only have one poller for node details I can't find a way to add system…

Yes that's the only one it's working on.. That's the thing, I'm not sure how to check it's applied or to test it against them, I don't have access to any actual programs, only to our solarwinds website where I edit the views, alerts and such, I can't find any options where I can actually see which nodes have which pollers…

Hello Steven, Thank you for the quick response. I indeed intend to fetch the records for historical traffic (traffic in & out for past 7 days or so) data.

Agreed, Grouping is the best way to achieve this I think. I'm not even sure aLTeReGo's trigger would work as it can never match more than one node AFAIK (as the trigger is run against database node rows and therefore impossible to match more than one at once?).

Hi, Thanks for the response. should I change everyday for blackouts tab? I like to have that for a week. Is it possible?

Hi Phil, thanks for your reply. But I don't understand what this means about the first 4.6+ agent. Could you explain to me? Thanks.

Mark - I'd like to see a release date somewhere for the updated database. I know we just asked for an addition in the last couple of weeks and I had to download the DB just to see the date it was updated.

Awesome! Thanks very much.

We upgraded to 9.5 on Tuesday and still trying to get things working right. We run a main poller, 2 additional pollers, seperate web abd SQL. We cannot (and this is even after hours on phone with support) get the wireless views to load (no sign of them in manage views listing) one of our add'nl pollers has all our Aruba…

You are correct.

hi all, any chance you could translate this URL into custom HTML for me, as I am getting no where... I have Orion 9.1 SP3. (no time up grade to 9.5 at the moment on this install, thought i have 9.5 elsewhere)…

I installed 6.2.4 and tried to install it using the server configuration tool. It complains that Powershell 2.0 is not installed, but the server has PS 4.0. Have there been other reports of the server configuration tool not working? I also tried it against our Exchange 2013 servers, and the server configuration tool works…

Support also mentioned this, I have verified and it is not "stuck" running. My maintenance runs in under a minute when I run it.

ok so V8 to V10 fails, I guess I can't install it stand alone then.

Yes, I have pointed Fortigate firewall to send syslogs to LEM and when there is an IP change in Fortigate, it detects it as a new node in LEM. I have seen ManageEngine and AlienVault identifying the Nodes based on Device Name which is unique serial no so irrespective of IP change, it detects it as a single appliance.…

We would also like a rough estimate of the scope of the issue by today if at all possible. Thank you, Paul

I've opened up a bug, and we'll try to reproduce and repair.

Hi Cliton, With this feature it would be much easier to justify the purchase as it would be a big time saver for us. As it stands I can't see enough of a difference between NTM and NPM Atlas. Thanks, Brian

Both HP printer have been set to 100 full duplex. It must be installed properly.

Tim is correct. We're not handling the date/time formatting properly in the string for this chart. Please open a support ticket(if you haven't already) describing the problem and referencing this post. That will get it into our tracking system.

APM statistics are available in reports in v3.0. Go to New Report and you'll see APM: Historical - Statistic of Components.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately that didn't work, so I tried to simplify things by using a single placeholder, i.e. "src=10.1.1."[0-9] and some variations. The TEST button would occassionally, but the filter was never as I needed. I then noticed I had the rule TYPE set to COMPLEX vs RegExp. It started working better…

RL: you are correct in that TR-069 is basically SNMP on steroids and is used as the standard remote monitoring and management protocol type for WiMAX/LTE-based networks. However, these WiMAX/LTE devices do not support SNMP by the nature of their respective technology profiles - so my ultimate question would be is if my NPM…

Thanks for responding. We did this several times with no success before starting this discussion. One of my colleagues reinstalled .Net which appears to have resolved the issue.
