Rick, You may need to upgrade to LEM 5.6.0 first then to 6.0.0 but curtisi can confirm if there is an upgrade path. Note that upgrading from 5.4 to 6.0 will involve a database migration, which takes a few days on average, so be prepared to allow time for this in your upgrade plan.

We've reached out to many customers, and to be honest, a lack of strong response is itself informative.

I am not an expert in this (either SW or ACE) but there is a "backup-all" command that can be executed from the system/admin context. It generates a tarball of the configs for all the contexts. This at least gives you a snapshot of the whole device but restoring a single context would be a manual operation.

I believe it is version 3 but i dont think it is version related as NPM is polling the ASA with no issues. I believe this is a SNMP read or read/write issue. I am running IOS 8.2(1) Thanks

Hi i think you missed the topic point , AD groups not AD users NCM does not have the ability to authenticate users at a AD group level, do you know when this will be available to the product as I want to use this feature in NPM, but cannot as it does not work with NCM. Thanks James

Didn't make a difference unfortunately. The username I'm passing is a full administrator and I've confirmed the IP's I'm coming from are both allowed in the local firewall and allowed in the IPM configuration tool for IP restrictions.

Not what I asked. I would like something more specific to keep the polling as clean as possible before requesting my company spend $$ on resources that may be unnecessary. So far it is running like a dream with NPM in VM, the 2008 SQL Server in VM, and both using our SAN for storage. Trying to figure out why polling starts…

This is correct and is how we utilize Action Rules for several variations of emails we receive. If you have a web form or something where you can manipulate the subject, body, etc., that makes it even easier to set these up. 

Mine worked fine, for both. I guess we are just going to push 66... Anyone have insight into why they released 2 versions in one day?

I don't see any templates or component monitors named as such...I do see the HTTP Monitor, but it doesn't work.
