Same problem here. I just upgraded to 10.2 and I cannot access any of my device resources. I'm also using IE8. Did anyone get any updates or fixes for this?

We did fix it in APM 2.0. It may be a different bug, or there may be something that we missed. I know you opened a ticket, but for other folks reading this thread, we're on top of it.

It's a reasonable request, and I could see it happening. I can't give odds beyond that. If you compare it to a feature request like, "Give us an option for a pure black-and-white website", it's far more likely. If other folks want to chime in on its value, that would help.

a very old post here, but do you think you need to stop NPM when doing this? also, do you think the alert trigger confoigurations that use custom properties will still work? All i was going to do was drag the columns about, NOT rename any I just want to get them into the right order

My big problem was that the NPM service timed-out when restarting. Tried running the NPM configurator again but the same thing happened. Just restarted manually and its still working.

 Have you tried forwarding the alert as a Syslog message, Trap, or email using Orion variables? What do you want to do that you can't do today? I appreciate your suggestion but it's too broad for me to figure out what a sufficient solution would look like.

Stuart, Yes, there is a new version of Map Maker coming. It is chock full of awesome new features. That said, I don't think that it can show the output of a UnDP in a label on the map. 

Tghosh, I don't think these are the same issues as the beginning of this thread. The Support case will be addressed ASAP.

Thanks Francois I think it is important to realize that some of the userbase are extremely competent system and network administrators and it is only fair that we know what we are loosing and what we are gaining and I for one am always keen to embrace new tech and features, but also need to inform my userbase if they loose…
