You can indeed go back and run the installer to just install the web portion. Although I always recommend to run Orion on a separate server, you can get away with co-locating these products. It just comes down to available resources on that box. Here's what it should look like when you re-run the installer.

Dropbox appears to be a user based installation, which doesn't make it a good candidate for installation via the Windows Update Agent. Additionally, running the installer with /S seems to not really be totally silent as there's still a prompt that occurs at the end of the installation which requires you to log in.
