To get the monitor you need, navigate thusly: Settings > APM Settings >Component Monitor Library, then select the monitor you want: Open the monitor, then edit the script, for example: This will bring you to the Edit screen where you can paste your code. The Web Interface feature is only available in the licensed version, or for 30 days in the trial version, which you have. If you're beyond the 30 day trial version this feature will cease to work.
