I added my server that NPM is running on and said to suppress alerts if unknown or down or warning. I now only get 5 - 10 at most…

If a case gets closed and say i reply to a support email on it after the fact, what happens? Will anyone see the email, does it get trashed? Ok, I now have positive optimization. I just put the lan0_0 ID in the wan0_0 optimizedinterfaceid column for all my remote offices. Then for my HQ that they all connect back to I did the opposite. List resources shows what it should, interfaces and volumes on servers and interfaces on switches etc. Interfaces show green and red dots for up down status under list resources too. If snmp was not getting there, I don't think I would get all that info, especially on the node details.

I opened a ticket with Cisco Support and they did a packet capture and confirmed the ASA was sending the correct/good packet and the server was receiving it. So it seems the issue is with the net flow real time analyzer.
