I had the same issue with a 3750. I had put code level 12.2.50-SE2 on the switch. When I went to manage it on the energywise page, I got the message that the IOS is not supported. I had to rediscover the switch, then it let me manage through the energywise page.

Removed from all menus. I think the page is great for an out of the box orion set up, and small networks that dont devot much time to Orion mgmt and upkeep. Once people get into custom properties, custom views, account limitations, etc, the overview page is useless.

No need to reply. With a little digging, I found the issue. After upgrading to 5.1, our network drive mappings got a little screwy. They appeared to be proper when I first posted the question, but upon further review, they were broken. After adjusting the network mappings, the config archive worked just fine. Thanks!
