  • We are experiencing this issue as well. No tickets have changed from resolved to closed after 5 days as configured, since the upgrade to 12.5.1. Also the end user experiences a very long delay after saying YES to whether the issue has been resolved. this is a big deal - did rodegard​ get a reply about the open ticket?
