CPU and Memory utilization poller for H3C HPE HSR6602-XG routers

SolarWinds native pollers can monitor HPE HSR6602-XG router's CPU utilization however it triggers false alerts frequently and I built this poller. 5min avg CPU and Avg Memory polled using this poller.
