To configure this alert, the first step is to create an Extended Event Session (EES) in the instances being monitored. Example code for doing this is included in the attached script. The alert will return detailed information about object DDL changes including:
- SQL text that modified the object
- Database name
- Username
- Application name

To enable this custom alert within DPA, create a Custom Multiple Numeric alert and set the threshold value to 1 as shown in this example:
