I actually agree with this. Otherwise there's really no difference between resolved and closed. Closed needs to mean that the ticket cannot be unresolved.1 -

I don't think this is feasible at the moment. Microsoft teams work per chat/post basis. Editing existing post needs to have an identifier as @HerrDoktor mentioned.2 -
